Since 1997, I've been helping people like you learn plain writing skills.
An important influence in my design of training workshops is dialogue education--an approach to adult training that I studied in 2006. The previous year, I had worked as communications coordinator for a national literacy organization. There, I learned the principles of adult education. Through dialogue education, I learned the practice.
Thanks to my immersion in dialogue education, I've been able to create more effective learning experiences for professionals in the health, government, labour, and social services fields.
